Vintage Shoes

I have such a love-hate relationship with vintage shoes. They are so gorgeous, usually very well made, wonderful style, perfect heel height,...the list goes on and on. Yet, there are many problems like leather that has not been well taken care of and begins to peel and crack, heel caps are worn or missing (and cannot always be replaced due to modern size of heels), worn straps on buckled heels, soles need to be replaced, etc. I wish I was a little shoe repair lady...I'd fix them all up & make them new again.
Here are some lovely ones...

Westies Peep toes in red, size 8

Mink heels by Fern, Sz 7.5

White Mary Janes, Sz 8.5

  4. I love the last once, I remember those from when I was a little girl in the 70's. I'd give anything to have a pair like them again!
